Refund and Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final.

If there is an issue with your shipment or purchase, please contact customerservice@b22clothingco.com or text customer service at 469-200-6776 within 3 days of receipt or purchase. 

Items may be exchange for a different size or a store credit under the following conditions: 

  • Item still has original tags attached
  • Item has not been worn and is in good condition
  • Item is not damaged 

Store credit will be applied or exchanges will be shipped once item has been received and inspected.

Note: we will only honor exchanges for same item, different size. 

Please contact customerservice@b22clothingco.com before returning any product. Product returned without authorization will not be honored.
